PART-TIME BUSINESS ASSOCIATE

​

As a Business Associate at SMG Consulting Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of the business operations.  The candidate will work closely with the Owner to contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.  The candidate should be motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for financial literacy and small business development & growth with a desire to make a difference.  This Business Associate opportunity is for those with an entrepreneurial spirit to learn every aspect of a business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

​

INDUSTRY RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS:

• Conduct industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

• Analyze industry data to provide insights and recommendations for business strategies.

• Monitor industry activities and industry developments.

​

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT:

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.

• Support the development of business proposals, presentations, and pitches.

• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to execute business development initiatives.

​

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

• Coordinate and manage various projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.

• Perform digital functions such as landing pages, sales funnels, and social media strategies. 

• Monitor projects progress and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.

​

DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings and performance metrics.

• Continuously evaluate and improve data collections and reporting processes.

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:​​

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

• Strong organization and project management skills.

• Friendly and personable demeanor.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

• Functional knowledge of the following SAAS: Wix, Zoho, Canva, Quickbooks.
