PART-TIME DIGITAL MARKETER

SMG Consulting Group is seeking a part-time Digital Marketer to assist the organization with our online marketing strategies as well as add value to our current digital marketing strategies.  The candidate skills set and experience shall help the company with lead generations and brand awareness.

Duties shall include assistance with:


• Planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising            campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence on all digital channels.
• Measure & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and access against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Video Marketing and YouTube Subscriptions

• Update website pages and create landing pages as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong Understanding the business to business sales environment
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills to communicate with decision makers and business owners.
Proven working experience with digital marketing, leading, and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and lead/sales funnels
• Solid Knowledge of website analytics tools, ad serving tools, and setting up Google Adwords campaigns.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements.

• Knowledge of CRM systems, lead generation management, specifically ZOHO. 
 

This position shall pay an hourly rate salary along with commissions.

 

 

PART-TIME BOOKKEPPER

 

SMG Consulting Group is seeking a part-time bookkeeper.  The candidate will assist with the accounting functions for its clients base, produce internal financial functions, and complete financial tasks that present themselves.

Duties shall include assistance with:

• Record day-to-day monetary transactions, including purchases and incoming payments.
• Keep accurate financial records and ledgers for our client list.
Prepare clients' financial statements and management reports.
• Complete tax forms and assist in tax preparation.

 

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience. 
• Full understanding of accounting functions and financial statement preparation
• Solid attention to detail
• Ability to work in a small office environment as well as remotely to complete all tasks with littl direct oversight.
• Must have experience with QuickBooks and solid with Excel.
• Good written & verbal communication skills.
